"The item I purchased is defective, what can I do?"
We apologize that the item you received was not up to par. That's our mistake. Do not send your item back without confirmation from the customer service.

"How can I get more information about an item?"
Contact us at sales@badenvironment.club and we'll answer any questions you have.
"I placed an order but still haven't received a shipping confirmation."
You will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking link once your order has been processed internally. Delays may be extended during new collection releases, pre-orders and/or busy holiday periods.
"What are your worldwide shipping costs?"
Shipping will vary depending on your country. You can see the amount you have to pay after filling in your shipping information on the checkout page.
"How can I track my order?"
As soon as a label has been made for your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
"I haven't received any confirmation email when I placed my order... what should I do?"
You may have entered your email address incorrectly or the email may have gone to your spam. Please contact badenvironmentclub@gmail.com and we'll get you right.
"What is your return policy?"
All sales are final. If you'd like to return an item for another size, send an email request to sales@badenvironment.club and we can check to see if we have another one available.
