The item I purchased is defective, what can I do?

First, we want to apologize that the item you received is not up to par.


Don't send your item back without confirmation from the customer service. Contact the customer service department sales@badenvironment.club.

What size should I get?

Some items are naturally oversized and others are true to size.

Consult the size guides on the product pages to make sure you choose the right size.

How can I get more information about an item?

Contact us and we'll explain any questions you have.

I place an order but still haven't received a shipping confirmation?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link once your order has been processed internally.

This delay may be extended during new collection releases, preorders and/or busy holiday periods.


Do you deliver worldwide?

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping varies depending on your destination country.

You can see the amount you have to pay after filling in your shipping information on the checkout page.

How can I track my order?

As soon as a label has been made for your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.

I haven't received any confirmation email when I placed my order... what should I do?

You may have entered your email address incorrectly or the email may have gone to spam.

RETURNS

I would like to make a return to be refunded, how can i do?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order without the need to justify it.

To make a return, please contact us first at the e-mail address badenvironmentclub@gmail.com with your order number.

The articles must be in their original condition and packaging without having been worn or washed
If not, the return will not be accepted.Once received, your parcel will be examined (condition, smell,
feel).

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

The e-mail of confirmation from the SAV will be considered as validation of the return.

After this period, we will be obliged to refuse your return.
